Document libraries
Legal document services
LegalNature and LawDepot both sell access to documents you complete. Neither one is a formation filing, an e-signature product, or a lawyer. The order below follows the two document offers for this page. It is not a ranking and it is not based on commission.
LegalNature
This ordinary link opens LegalNature’s pricing page. Able Legal Forms does not earn a commission from it.
- What you receive
- The pricing page says a LegalNature+ subscription lets you create, edit, and store unlimited versions of documents in its library. It also lists separate business services, including formation and registered agent.
- One-time charge or subscription
- The pricing page shows an annual subscription at $119, described as $9.92 per month when paid annually, and a monthly subscription at $39 per month. A LegalNature billing guide says a charge can also be a one-time document purchase. The one-time price is not listed on the pricing page.
- Trial, renewal, cancellation
- The pricing page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee and says to call them. It does not spell out a free trial or the cancellation steps. Confirm the renewal date before you pay.
- Editing and export
- The pricing page says you can create, edit, and store documents. It does not name the download format, such as Word or PDF. Confirm that on the document you select.
- State coverage
- Not stated as a state-by-state list on the pricing page. Do not assume a document matches every state’s signing or filing rules.
- Attorney access
- The pricing page does not include consultations with an attorney. Business formation is listed as its own $0 service line, separate from the document subscription.
- Use this when
- You want a document from a library and you will finish it yourself. It is a poor fit if you need someone to file an LLC or to represent you.
- Watch the $0 formation line
- Business formation is listed at $0, plus applicable sales tax on the pricing section. That page does not itemize the state filing fee. The state still charges its own fee to create a company. Registered agent service is listed at $125 per year. Read the checkout total.
LawDepot
This ordinary link opens LawDepot’s help center. Able Legal Forms does not earn a commission from it.
- What you receive
- LawDepot’s help center says you choose a license in order to print a document. With a license, you open the document from your account and use Print/Download.
- One-time charge or subscription
- Three options are described: a single document at a flat rate between $0 and $139, with the price and access time varying by document; a one-week trial that renews at $35 per month; or One Year Pro at $107.88 for the year, which they describe as $8.99 per month.
- Trial, renewal, cancellation
- The one-week trial renews at $35 per month after the week ends. One Year Pro renews automatically every year until canceled. The help center says you can cancel online and that there is no obligation to stay subscribed. A $0 single-document price, where a document has one, is not the same as the trial.
- Editing and export
- The help center describes Print/Download after you have a license. It does not say whether every document exports to Word. Access time for a single document varies.
- State coverage
- The charge-explanation page describes LawDepot as a template provider for the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, and Australia. It does not say every template matches every US state.
- Attorney access
- The pricing answer in the help center covers document licenses. It does not include attorney consultations or court representation.
- Use this when
- You want to finish a template and print or download it under one of those licenses. It does not file a company and it does not sign the document for the other party.
- Watch the $0 formation line
- This row is about document licenses, not LLC filing. A single document priced at $0 on their scale is still a document license. It is not a state fee waiver.

Limits that apply to both
A completed template is not a court order, a recorded deed, or proof that a bank or clerk will accept it. Signing rules, witnesses, and notarization depend on the document and the state. This page does not say either library’s documents are valid everywhere.
If the next step is filing an LLC, use the formation comparison. If you already have the document and only need signatures, use the e-signature comparison. If you want a lawyer to review an operating agreement, that is the operating-agreement guide, not a template download.
