Able Legal Forms is a self-help document site. It is not a law firm. This page describes the current build, not a future product that is not turned on yet.
The matching form asks for your name, email, phone number, state, matter type, timeline, an optional template name, and your consent to be contacted. Do not send documents, social security numbers, or financial account numbers through that form.
When a database is configured, the server stores the matching-form fields so a failed delivery to a partner can be retried. When a partner webhook is configured, that same payload is sent to the partner. The partner may contact you and may pay us for a qualified lead. When neither is configured, the server checks the form and discards it. The confirmation screen says which of those happened. Server logs record the matter type and state, not your phone number or email.
Card numbers are not collected on this site. If Stripe is connected, Stripe collects the card and we store the email, form, amount, and payment status. A return code for the download portal is shown once and stored only as a hash.
Buttons to LegalZoom, Rocket Lawyer, Bizee, and Northwest Registered Agent leave this site. Their privacy policies apply after you click. Analytics and advertising tags load only after you accept them. A first-party cookie named NEXT_UTM stores campaign parameters from the address you used, so a form or purchase you start can be attributed. Rejecting analytics is the choice not to share that browsing with Google or Meta.
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a database is configured, use the matching form to ask for deletion of a stored request and include the same email. There is no separate mailbox published on this site. Do not send documents through that form.
